So let's start to talk about free creation of website.If you want to make a website so first of all you need to buy a domain name for that you can go to many website like blogger,000webhost.com,wordpress,wix.com,etc.You can use any of the website but if you want to make website as a job then you have to choose between 000webhost or blogger.com or etc. You can choose many others also but personally i like blogger for blogging and 000webhost for making are own websites all pages by our self so that we can learn the html, css, PHP ,database and all the other stuff. If you are a student and you want to learn about all this stuff you need to use 000webhost so that you can learn new things about web development.
First of all in 000webhost.comyou need to simply login and then you will be redirected to /public_html/ folder in this folder you can see index.html file it is the main file whatever you will write in index.html in the html language you can see it by simply going to your website you can see it. After that you have to go into your websites public_html folder and you have to double tap to open the index.html file if you don't know the html then the basic code of html for writing title and hi is here

Here h1 to h6 are different font size. Now you can test it by simply writing your websites url.Now for the indexing means if you want that your website can be found on google so you have to use the webmaster tool here in this tool you need to simply sign in using gmail.you will see this page
Here just go to search console and sign in using gmail I'd.
Here in Url inspection you have to write your websites url and then if you search for your url you can see it will appear on google search console.
So using this your website will be indexed by google so you can search and tou will see it will appear on google search now all will find your website.
